Refund & Return Policy - Jinba Cars Export

RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your vehicle. To start a return, contact us first at jian5222@gmail.com or WhatsApp +86 180 7908 9999. Returns shipped back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS

- The vehicle must be in the same condition as delivered, with no new damage and a mileage reading no higher than at delivery.

- All documents, keys and accessories originally provided must be returned.

- Please provide your order number and proof of purchase.

RETURN ADDRESS

Approved returns must be shipped to: Jinba Auto Export, Xinyu, Jiangxi, China. We confirm the exact warehouse address and shipping instructions by email once your return is approved.

INSPECTION & REFUNDS

Once the returned vehicle arrives, we inspect it and notify you of the approval decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact jian5222@gmail.com.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Inspect your order upon delivery. If the vehicle is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get a different vehicle is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
